Crazy Chicken Car Repair

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Crazy Chicken Car Repair is a single-player garage simulation game. It has no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics. Your saved game, your photographs and your paint chips stay on your device.

The short version. We do not ask for your name, your email address or any other identifying detail in order to play. We do not build a profile of you, we do not track you across apps or websites, and we do not sell or share personal data with anyone.

1. Who we are

This policy describes how the mobile application Crazy Chicken Car Repair (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information. It applies to the App as distributed on the Apple App Store and to the support form published on our website.

If you have a question about this policy, write to [email protected].

2. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, request or transmit:

There is no advertising in the App and no third-party advertising or analytics network is embedded in it.

3. Information stored on your device

Everything the game needs in order to remember your progress is written to the App's own private container on your device, which no other app can read. This includes:

This information is never uploaded to us. It is not backed up to any server of ours. If your device is set to back up to iCloud, Apple's backup may include the App's container; that backup is governed by Apple's privacy policy, not ours.

4. Camera and photo library

The App asks for camera access so you can photograph a vehicle at check-in, mark damage on that photograph, take a badge portrait, and read a colour off a real surface with the Paint Match Scanner. It asks for photo library access so you can pick an existing picture instead, and for permission to save a finished job ticket or paint chip card back to your library if you choose to.

These permissions are optional. If you decline them, the rest of the game continues to work. Images are processed entirely on the device and are stored only in the App's own container. No photograph you take in the App is ever sent to us or to anyone else. You can revoke either permission at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.

5. Web content and server logs

The App can display web content served from our own domain — for example this policy, the support page, or an announcement page. When such a page is requested, our hosting provider records the request in ordinary server logs. Those logs may contain your IP address, the browser or device user-agent string, the address requested and the date and time. They are generated by the act of connecting to a web server and are used only to keep the service running and secure, and to diagnose faults.

Server logs are kept for a short period and then deleted. We do not use them to build a profile, and we do not combine them with anything else. Any web page shown inside the App may use cookies or local browser storage strictly for its own operation; clearing the App's data or deleting the App removes them.

6. When you contact support

If you write to us by email or through the support form, we receive the email address you give us, the subject you select and the message you write. We use that information for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not use your address for anything else. Support correspondence is deleted once the matter is closed and no longer needed for our records.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in a support message — a short description of the problem, your device model and your iOS version are all we need.

7. Purchases

The App contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. If you paid for the App, that transaction was handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment card, your billing address or your Apple Account details.

8. Children

The App is suitable for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. Because we do not collect personal data through the App, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Your rights

Because your game data never leaves your device, you already have complete control of it:

Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

10. Security

Data held on your device is protected by iOS itself: the App's container is sandboxed and covered by the device encryption that your passcode enables. Web pages we serve are delivered over HTTPS. No system is perfect, but because we hold so little, there is very little to lose.

11. Changes to this policy

If the App changes in a way that affects this policy, we will update the text and change the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described plainly rather than buried. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
